Aaron started Shop Fix Academy after some extremely challenging obstacles that made him almost lose everything. He and his team persevered and found a way to navigate and overcome those challenges. Soon after, Aaron started speaking with fellow shop owners at conferences about what he and the team had done to overcome those struggles. After some long conversations, it was clear that the tools and methods that they had developed was a system for operation beyond just your normal shop. Eventually, Aaron decided to step in front of a camera and record the lessons they had learned, and thus, Shop Fix Academy was born. Soon those lessons turned in to courses, live video chats, in-person meetups, and 1-on-1 coaching that has built the structure of Shop Fix today.

Aaron now owns and operates his original shops while also leading and managing Shop Fix Academy in hope that many can learn from his early mistakes. Clients of Shop Fix Academy have expressed that the content and lessons learned through the program have been so effective and helpful. Expressing that it is simple to understand and also compatible for any size shop to utilize and implement.
